THC20F150A Contact Smart Card Chip
The THC20F150A is an 8-bit CPU contact smart card chip with 150 KB of FLASH memory. It provides hardware DES, TRNG, and CRC, and is suitable for common IC card applications such as SIM cards, pay TV, campus cards, and city transit cards.
COS developers can flexibly divide the 150 KB FLASH memory into program and data areas.
COS can access the top 56 KB of the FLASH memory from XDATA.
COS can access the entire FLASH memory from the CODE, as the chip supports CODE Banking, thus overcoming the 64 KB limitation of the program area.
To facilitate software development, the chip integrates hardware DES/TRNG/CRC, allowing COS developers to reduce software code size and processing time.
To enhance security and reliability, the chip provides various hardware security features, such as high/low voltage/high/low frequency detection.
