Description
SLE5542 card is the 1 smart card with a data retention period of 10 years, and the write-erase cycle is not less than 10000 times. The card is mainly used in commercial electronic consumer cards, campus cards, dining cards, door lock cards and other fields. The hardware configuration includes a 256 × 8-bit EEPROM memory that supports direct byte addressing and an end-of-write flag. The first 32 bytes are provided with an unrecoverable write protection mechanism, and the data cannot be changed after curing. The security system adopts a user password of 3 bytes, and the initial error counter value is 3 times. If the password is wrong and exceeds the limit, the data will be locked and overwritten.
